FastVAs – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to FastVAs.net (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Overview

FastVAs is a virtual assistant placement service. We match clients with vetted remote workers based on their business needs. We are not an employer or payroll provider. Once a client hires a VA, they manage and pay them directly.

2. Fees & Payment

Our service involves a one-time placement fee, which is paid upfront before the candidate shortlist is delivered. All payments are final and non-refundable once the sourcing process begins. Deposit is only refundable if no candidate is selected.

We accept payments via secure online payment gateways (e.g. Stripe).

3. Delivery & Guarantee

We aim to deliver 3–5 qualified candidates within 7 business days from when we receive full payment and a confirmed job description. In rare cases, delivery may take longer depending on role complexity.

We offer a 3-month replacement guarantee

If your selected VA quits, underperforms, or becomes unresponsive, we will provide one free replacement within 90 days of placement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate job descriptions

• Communicating clearly with the VA

• Handling all ongoing payment, supervision, and performance management of the VA once hired

FastVAs does not assume responsibility for VA performance after placement.

5. Candidate Conduct

While we do our best to vet VAs for professionalism and reliability, we cannot guarantee performance outcomes. Clients are encouraged to conduct their own interviews and onboarding steps.

6. Use of Website

You agree not to:

• Misuse, hack, or scrape any part of our website

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission

• Attempt to reverse-engineer our process

7. Privacy

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our site or services means you agree to any changes.
